Hi, I would expect it to be the SPF record, or DKIM record. However, if you were to send me one of the bounce back emails zipped - I would be able to confirm this from exploring the headers.

I have managed spf, dkim, dmarc records for years. I can easily do this job. First I will test and learn the status of this problem. Then we can create the corret spf records for your domain. I need your server IPs. And I would be perfect if I can access dns server and mail sender servers. If it is not possible we can do these configurations together.
