I worked as a sales agent for 2 years before working as a customer service representative for a year at the global empire. Being on the field as a sales agent it helps me understand the clients more which plays a major role and a big advantage when I worked as a call center agent. On this profession, I expanded and become more aware of the clients especially with their devastation and undying query.
