You will be providing customer support for our company which is time tracking software mostly used in remote teams. You will need to handle ordinary customer support questions as well as complicated technical issues. You will need to work during USA hours (generally). You will have some degree of flexible hours however you should work at least 5 hours per day during USA business hours and the rest of the time can be flexible. You will need to use our software to track your own hours. About 25-50% of your job will be phone support and 50-75% will be text chat or email support. You need to have perfect spoken and written English. You must have a very quiet location to work from with high speed Internet. You need to be very technically savvy, hopefully with some kind of technical background. Some great things about working with us: Great culture, we connect and have fun as a team such as 2 hours per month of social gaming (paid) We allow mostly flexible work hours Flexible location (you can work from anywhere!) Want to go on a 2 month trip to Thailand and work from there? No problem. We have a cool baby suit wear we give to all our team who have a baby ... but we don't recommend having a baby just to get this! I've worked for reputed banks and exchange houses here in Dubai , UAE. and as for now I'm still Working to serve corporate market with foreign currency to do their overseas payments, whatever I'm applying for a customer service position right now. and since i started my career as a teller , I see myself having better chance to have this position , since I used to help and handle a critical issues with customers and never let a customer go unsatisfied , i served customers to transfer their money to their account overseas and to do their payments overseas , and i think its critical issue dealing with customers money , I have met the angry customer who's transaction is delay or the other customer who's transaction is not accepted by the beneficiary bank, or this other customer his transaction is on hold so some reasons I can't declare , and all of them you have to handle professionally , its not easy when its related to peoples money , many customers are really worried about it. whatever I had to do with the customers and the operation office and management team in such big organizations like bank and its really complex and strong society that full of rules you have to follow and never do something wrong. one wrong press on a single button can cost you much money. that's not all about what I can do!
