There's multiple reasons, other than the fact that I mostly pay attention to details, I learn and adapt without much difficulty. It's always about the details, which is actually the most important fact in writing. While others may say that they are grammatically correct, they are writers, they have experience. It pales in comparison towards those who are fresh, to those who are new to this line of work. They already have ingrained mannerisms that they cannot stop when given a job. Which could work to or against their advantages. A fresh employee can learn, can adapt, can absorb information without compromising the other things that he or she has learned in the past.
