create a resume

I need someone to write 1 resume and 1 cover letters for me. The resume is related to programming experiences. I need someone who is good in English writing and with good programming understanding. The process of this job is list in following: 1. I provide the current resume to the coder and talk about what I am looking for in the resume. 2. I provide what I want and necessary information for different sections. For example, I would like my working experience section to be redone in professional manner, so I will provide job description and background on the specific job, and I want the coder to create sophisticated sounded experience, etc. 3. Coder send me the finish products and I review and request for modification according to my needs. 4. step 3 might be repeating several times. 5. I accept the resume and give information's about what I want for the 1 cover letters based on the resume. I am looking for a resume that can help me easily to score a job and showcase my talent.
