Collect product information and write my Product Descriptions

Hi, I require somebody to source product information from a list that I will provide. Once the data has been collected you will need to rewrite the info into new product descriptions. To avoid any duplicate content issues, you cannot just copy and paste product descriptions. The products I require are fire alarm panels, smoke detectors, cable, emergency lighting, CCTV equipment etc. Each product will need a full description and a separate technical specification highlighting the major features.
