Academic Writing - SIP (Session Initiation Protocol)

I am looking for a native English speaker to write a research paper on SIP technology (Session Initiation Protocol) and it's relation to voice and video calls over internet protocols. If you are worried about the ethical implications about what you are writing and if I will be using it to better my grade in some telecommunications course, don't worry.
