Article Writing On "eBay"

I am looking for few good writers who can write well researched content on topics related to ebay, different online payment channels.
Article Length - Basic word count is 400 words each. It may change depending upon my requirements (if word count changes, rat will be changed accordingly)
Qty- I have 100's of articles to write. This is ongoing work for right person.
Rate - My rate is fixed. 1$ for every 200 words. To explain it further, if you are writing 400 words article for me, I will pay 2$, If you are writing 700 words article - you will get 3.5$.
Awarding Procedure - I will shortlist the bidders and multiple seperate projects will be created for the right candidates. Every selected writer will be awarded with a project/Budget comprising of the work he/she can handle in a week. Based on successful completion, performance and timely response, these writers will be awarded with next projects with immediate effect.
Payment - Payment will be strictly done via GAF. Please note that I will not make any advance payments or escrow deposit. Payment will be done only after completion of project. We will not pay for any incomplete projects. Payment will be done within 0-2 days after submission of articles/ content required to complete the project.
My Requirements -
1. Writer should have the ability to produce meaningful, focussed, well researched content. No garble of words, no beating around the bush.
2. The content/ articles written should be free from any typos, grammatical mistakes. Please bid only if you are confident to produce error free content in US English.
3. No plagarism.
4. Writer must be able to contact me twice a day to convey the progress of the work.
5. Deadlines are very strict. If you have another projects in your hand, please dont bid as you won't be able to pay proper attention to my projects. I am looking for writers who can start immediately. Bid only if you can start immediately.
6. Instructions are to be followed precisely. Failing to this may result in unlimited revisions. I am very easy to please with if you follow the guidelines.
7. Please send atleast 2 relevant samples along with your bid.
8. Please convey how much work you can complete everyday. Preference will be given to the writers having conversational, friendly (to some extent witty!) style/tone. So, I expect your samples likewise.
9. Please mention your relevant experience, links to published online content. Please note that this is not substitute for the samples.
10. Please read entire description carefully and then place a bid. Please include "I agree with all your terms" at the very start of your bid.
