Affiliates starter kit

I'm in the process of creating an offline affiliate program that will be associated to my web site. Let me explain...I will be recruiting affiliates to join my program. Upon joining my program they will receive a unique dealer code that will be assigned to them and helps the web site identify their marketing efforts. Their job is to go out in the field and use whatever means necessary to let people know about my website. When the end user (affiliates customer) visits the site and registers the dealer code upon sign up and places an order...the dealer (affiliate) will receive a commission from the profit of this order and any future orders from the end user (affiliate customer). I need help creating a simple yet affective Starter Kit that the affiliate will receive upon sign up. It needs to contain off line marketing strategies that can help them start making money right away via low cost word of mouth marketing and a few more ideas I have in mind.
