Consider use of my website as a source of info to create an eBook of 40 pages about coffee with a slant on the health benefits.
This will have a strong thrust towards the "boomer" generation and the various coffee myths and health issues such as hypertension, caffeine addiction etc.
Coffee is arguably the most popular social drink, present at more romantic proposals, meetings, dates, confessions, plots, chance meetings and the list goes on. While coffee has a long and colorful history, this has been overdone, and repeated to the point of becoming a folk tale!
I want this book to appeal to a wide range of coffee lovers who want more than Folgers in their cup, and don't think Maxwell House is good to the last drop! The person who writes this needs to have some passion about coffee that can show in their writing.
I have additional resources not on my site. I have been a professional coffee roaster, owned three coffee shops in Ecuador back in the late 70's and early 80's, have limited first hand knowledge of coffee plantations and have done extensive research myself on coffee. I say this to let the prospective supplier know I am a resource as well.
I could supply a table of contents but will also accept suggestions on that as well as the length of the project.
I would like to see this project completed in 30 days or less from time of a working agreement.
