If awarded the project, I'd want to have a short discussion (whether over Skype, phone or email) with you regarding the particulars of what protections you are looking for and what you will allow your users to/how you will protect their info. Any site language you can provide (FAQ’s, etc.) regarding how the sites operate would also be helpful to see.
