Convert existing 7 page php/html website to Joomla

Pretty simple PHP/HTML website of 7 pages that we’re looking to have converted to Joomla with an easy to operate CMS with the functionality to make it very easy and simple to update content and most importantly to upload new photos and label them as before and after. For hair salon that wants the capability of uploading photos under the various categories with ease for hair cuts of clients for future customers to see when they come onto the website from Yelp etc..
