SQL Portal Database & Reporting We need a SQL backend for our client portal below outlines the functionality required. Hosting of SQL will be by on our providers server. Our company carries out annual air conditioning servicing. Retail stores(client) sell air conditioners to their customers(end user) then submit details to us for annual servicing. Clients receive a commission on every service we carry out every year after for their customer. They need to be able to see what customers they have with us? When they were last serviced and how much they have earned? We need to be able to administer these functions. Name ii. Surname iii. Address iv. Contact Numbers v. Purchase Date vi. Make vii. Model Number viii. Serial Number 3. Client can run report to see all of their customers submitted to us. 4. Client can see when client last serviced and when next service is due. 5. Client can run a commission earned report for the current month then by calendar dates eg. Last Month, Year to date, Last year PROTECTAIR ADMIN FUNCTIONS 1. Search and view individual client customer base 2. Set a service appointment/date for customer- reminder function for month due ??? 3. Enter date service completed 4. Set a commission rate % and $ 5. Run Client Commission Report –Print
