As well as the sketches available on my profile I also sell hand drawn cards which usually display illustrations seemingly similar to what you are describing, I am a university student who is currently on break so am able to have this ready as soon as possible. What I imagine for this image is a boy squatted slightly with his hands in the air looking up to see seagulls pecking at the sandwich (which would be a long sub/role type sandwich with visible lettuce etc) balanced precariously on his head, or attaches to a cap (depending on your preference). I can provide this image in several ways; hand draw with painted color and a black outline and have it sent to you or scan it/produce it on a computer and send it to you in PDF format.
