Clean up html site

We have a site which is a static html version from an original joomla site. There is a lot of messy code, files which arent needed, need to be moved around, file structure tidyed up etc. We need someone to do this - today - 28 or so pages but a lot can be done by find and replace of course so a small site. Index page has a slider which we need resized to fit the new look, all CSS we think, and some internal pages have CSS driven elements missing. Probably a simple enough job for someone proficient with CSS. We will supply full FTP access and the preferred folder list for you to work from - we want a single zip containing the full site in the correct structure when you are finished. Only providers with relevant feedback should bid on this project. $30 is all we are prepared to spend on this, and we need it done today. More details to those providers we feel suitable for the project. Preference will be given to providers we have worked with before. Immediate start required.
