CSS gallery and page construction fix-ups **REPOST**

Hello... I am having to repost this project because the service provider has done nothing but screw it up at every single stage of the process... I will *NOT* accept bids from *ANYONE* who cannot respond between 9am and 9pm N.Amer. EST and I will definitely *NOT* accept any bids from anyone who cannot understand English - sorry, but this has become a mess because simple instructions were not followed... I have a horizontal scrolling gallery that I have customized from another site I did years ago only I cannot get this scrolling gallery to fit within a new site I am currently working on... the css is just beyond my capabilities. Here's what I need you to do: 1. graft the scrolling gallery into the page as shown in the attachment [done, but not correctly] 2. place images into the slider and have image and caption appear above when clicked [done, this was the easy part] 3. ensure all divs are outlined clearly in the stylesheets and are not all locked to each other [some will, most won't be] What needs to happen, which hasn't happened, is that the code must be further editable so I can adjust and modify - I got back pages that either had the divs all locked together which made editing impossible or now I have a page that when I open in Dreamweaver doesn't look anything like the page itself - the divs are all over the place and unusable. I will send sample pages and code to potential bidders once they explain what they can do to make this work correctly so you can review and see if you can untangle the mess I have been given by the previous supplier. Please confirm you can do this before I award the project to you. I need this done today - September 2 - as soon as possible. Thank you. Andrew
