C++ Select 2 webcams for live side-by-side stereo video and toggle to single webcam mono video

The C++ program will need to toggle between mono and stereo video using a selection of 2 webcam. As seen in the attached images the camera/s need to be able to be adjusted up, down, left and right, and be able to adjust the horizontal and vertical field of view. Once the video position has been selected a save button must be able to save its position and be auto loaded upon opening the program. A fullscreen option that shows only the videos will also be needed. You have choice over what libraries and methods you use. Upon completion both a exe and source code will need to be submitted.
