Create windows app which converts powerpoint to flash .swf with adding extra tags added around some elements in .swf. In exported .swf file custom tags must be added around text, images,videos,color areas etc. I will give you simple does with tag names. The .swf file after converted form animated powerpoint slides should play the same as powerpoint slide with 24 frames per second. .swf play duration should be the same and powerpoint autoplay slide duration. there are many open source libraries you can use for conversion itself to the main work will be mostly adding those extra tags around elements. I have PDF files with interface elements you can use. You will need to verify with REST API call with server if user have purchased the software (very basic REST API call). After you apply for this project please send me a message with open source library/app you plan to use for conversion so I can check the license. Also let me know which programming language you want to use for the app. I will reply to you message and give you info about the tags (really simple to add those)
