Convert python code to c++ for use with Arduino Uno

I have some python code that I want to run on an arduino. It will need to be changed to C++ to run on the arduino ide first. There are about 800 lines of code to be converted.
To clarify, it does not need to be converted exacty, it just needs to do the same thing but with C++ and not Python
