Using Frontpage, I built an ecommerce website that's used with Romancart and Barclays EPDQ to sell products online.
I find it frustrating whenever I add a new product to the website as it is very time consuming. I also have to manually remove out of stock products (often from multiple category pages) which is also time consuming.
I would love to keep everything about the website the same or very similar (the design, layout, content etc.) but have a CMS that will speed up the time-consuming tasks such as the ones mentioned above. Is it possible to sync the automated stock control I have with Romancart to the website so that out-of stock products are removed automatically? Is it possible for the products in each category to be arranged at the customer's preference by variables such as best-selling, price etc. ? How large of a job is it to convert a website to CMS?
In your initial bid please describe how you would accomplish the task and then I will PM you the website address so you can take a look and if necessary make any revisions to your bid once you see how many categories/products etc. there are.
If there are any additional benefits of the CMS system you will use please mention these too.
Although this is just one self-contained project, I will ask you to quote for more if the project is successful & your work is good.
Hi! I am really interested in taking up the project. I have the requisite experience and the expertise to complete this project with success. Please view my PM for details. Thanks. Regards. GLOBAL TECHNOSYS
