C# Winforms App Developer with Excellent PDF Annotations and Measurements Ability's for Construction Estimating System with OnScreen TakeOff of PDF and Tiff Construction Files - Project Estimation is still being designed, but the Database is Complete, Needs to be able to Open PDF Files/ Set View Port (there could be several View Ports in One Project) so we need to be able to calculate scale of drawing in imperial or Metric, (2D) Measurements include - Lineal Foot, Area Square Foot (including polygon shapes) and Count and saved to existing Database. The Annotations will also be saved to existing database per Project, must be able to save drawing color coded with existing takeoff items shown, I used PDFium (Free) to get to this point.. Would like to stay open source, but if you have a better solution, please feel free to contact me.
