Build puzzle Game using pentominoes

I am a skilled, professional coder with 2 years of game design and development experience. I am an avid fan of puzzle games and building fun and responsive game mechanics from the ground up. A couple of questions: first, what would the user do in order to rotate one of the pentominos? Second, would you give me the designs for each puzzle, or would I come up with them myself, or should I simply create a generic system that reads a "puzzle definition" file to determine the puzzles? Hi, I've read your very brief description of the game you want create and I'd like to porpose to this mathematically challenging project, Now, I've a skill set that widely varies and I can implement pretty much every function(feature) you want in your game. Your game's drag and drop will support PCs as well as touch devices, the hint system will be created so that it is effective, and random (doesn't offer same hint in similar cases).
