This task requires a hook of IFileSaveDialog methods and some COM API used to create the dialog, I had a similiar job before but in C++. Can do the job either in C++ with free detours library (Microsoft) or in C# with EasyHooks

Hi, I propose a AutoIT script that will run in background, looping until it finds a save file dialog. When it finds the dialog it fill save file. The default path can be changed by saving once out of IE before starting script. Hope to hear from you Shaun
