Audio Recorder (C# code) (library or app) to record voice chats.

Hi! I need application or liblary which will record audio on pc based on windows systems (xp,7,vista,8). Program should record audio in one channel input (from mic) and second channel output or can be both mixed up in one file . Program should save files in compressed format (free from pay format ogg or other) and should be able to divide records by time or size (for ex. 1 min records or 3 MB records and so on). Remember this is not a simple input recorder, most importand should be able to record audio input from mic, and from stereo output (stereo mix), in the same time,even when we cant hear mic in speakers ex. voice chats. Program should also run as a thread withoud admin priviledges. Please do not copy/paste standard offers i will not read it.
