communicate between Metatrader 4 and C# with text file

Need a mt4 script that captures all trade with specified magic number and saves them text tile, which must be read by C# app. The C# app then needs to output the trade in message window. The text file needs to be deleted once read, so that the same order is not sent twice. Also need C# to write order to text file, which metatrader script reads and places trade. This can be a single, simple, hard coded order that is send by pressing a button in C# app. So there is 2 way communication, Metatrader can send trade to C# and and C# app can send trade to Metatrader terminal. Two text files should be used, one is for sending order from Metatrader to C#, the other is from sending from C# to Metatatrader. I need this completed in one day.
