Specify PCB size and inputs if any. check water pump voltage because it seems too low. Is power supply board included or only controller and driver board in this PCB ?

Greetings, I'm an experienced hardware developer, PCB designer (Eagle CAD), microcontroller programmer (PIC16F, PIC18F, PIC24F) and Android native developer. I can do this job using a PIC microcontroller, MosFet driver and a power MosFet Transistor. I'm sure I can do it with quality and reliability. Are you planning change the on/off period of LED panel and Water pump, or they will be the same all the time? hi i m an electronics engineer i bid to ur project bcz it is related to my field recently i did same project for a person i use 18f4520 and switch loads according to time, and make real time clock using internal timer use external 5 volt power backup to save the timer values. i think it is enough to explain further detail given when u give me chance to prove my self thanks.
