Create Custom Indicator MT4

I am looking for someone to code a custom indicator. Currently there's 2 un-complete indicators (almost 70%). So I need the programmer complete it until 100% as per requirements below:
1. 1st indicator:
- Draw the lowest histograms and fill in with gray color.
- Draw the highest & the lowest histograms together start at the beginning (NumberOfBars) until the end bar at current day..
- Draw SMA period 20
2. 2nd indicator:
- Draw horizontal line at OHLC ( 4 options), start at the beginning of target bars until the end bar at current day..
- Draw box at OC or LH (2 options) for each day.
- Draw numbers based on NumberOfHighs
- Add the alert when price cross the horizontal line.
I have the MQL4 Source files for that indicators and you just continue the current work.
This will need to be done for MetaTrader4 in MQL4 file.

i have 4 year experience of Metatrader4, i will do this indicator for you, but i need to see the files you have to understand if i need to made work from the begining.
