Convert Windows Application to Mac Desktop Application (2 features need to be implemented)(repost)

Hello All, I have a windows desktop application written in C# .NET I want to make the application for MAC Desktop as same as this windows application. This is a small application which just checks some website link and if there is any message then this will show a animation and display the message n the messagebox in the desktop. Just need to make the display functionality of the message. when any message received, then it needs to be displayed to the user on their desktop. If required, then I will give you the windows application source code in C# which helps you in understanding the things.
