Creating a Skype Plugin

I would like to create a skype pluggin (I can't explain all the details here) but it extends the skype chat feature so its easier for me to find messages. You may be able to find information about the API here SkypeKit Developer This will be for the desktop application first, then possibly mobile. I would like someone to help me that has expirence in creating plugins for other applications, if not skype. But if you have built soemthing for skype would be a major plus. Note that this is a very small plugin that probably shouldn't take more than 2 days. A legal agreement must be personally signed and sent back. Thanks
