desktop application written in c or c++

This is buzzerchat demo [url removed, login to view] we need desktop application written in c or c++ with nice GUI which shows total users online in chat room from system tray icon

System tray icon must have links to exit/open chat/options which has option to start application with windows startup

when you click on icon in system tray icon it must open window which opens chat url Note: i dont want to show address bar but status bar.

This application must work in

Windows xp

Windwos vista

Windows 7

I dont want this application written in .netframework since it requires every user to download .netframework from [url removed, login to view]

This application must have installer/uninstaller and you must show us how to edit/use this application for different websites who has installed buzzerchat.
