Control Arduino from Web Browser - Consultation

This project requires person with previous experience to provide consultation, specifications, and code. It does not require actual assembly or testing of hardware / code. The goal: Trigger LED 'blink' cascade via an Arduino microcontroller from a web browser. User triggers two LEDs to blink, in sequence, through javascript activation on a webpage. I have many possible options and would like someone with previous experience to consult. Possible options include: Arduino microcontroller Ethernet Shield (e.g., Ethermega) Teleduino? Requirements: 1. The cascade must be determined by the microcontroller. Example: if 'n' is the LED # clicked in webpage then the second LED in the cascade is n + 1, which is determined by the microcontroller. 2. The cascade must have a one second (1000 ms) delay. 3. The system must be able to accommodate many requests at once, i.e., 2 per second. 4. A second request arriving before cascade is complete must not 'reset' all LEDs. 5. Include hardware specifications and methods to scale project to 100 LEDs. Project Deliverables: 1. Hardware specifications 2. Code for GET / POST using javascript from public webpage to send trigger to Arduino 3. Code for microcontroller and ethernet shield / controller. 4. Implementation instructions. Project will be awarded based on previous experience.
