Android App for USB webcam video recording

I am in need of an Android application that will view, record video, and snap pictures using an external USB web camera. I suspect the programming will require implementation of OpenCV or ffmpeg libs. The program has been started and viewing the video feed has already been completed.
I am looking to get this project complete within the next few weeks if possible.
