Amazon purchase order reporting

I want a program that gets the purchase orders I have placed on Amazon and produces a summary output that contains the following information:
Date order placed
Amount of order
VAT on order
The merchant name who is selling the item.
I need this quickly so I assume some one out there has done something similar...
Note this requires scraping of the website and cannot be done through the API as far as I know. I also dont know if it is possible so be sure you can do it before you bid.
If this is a major effort and requires a larger budget then PM me the reasons.
