Diablo 2 Lord Of Destruction 1.13c Item Dupe Closed Realm

I need a program written that will Duplicate items in a game called Diablo 2 Patch 1.13C. This program must be able to give me multiple copies of lets say a "jah rune" with me only have 1x of them to start with. This must work on East Softcore Ladder, West Softcore Ladder, East Hardcore Ladder, West Hardcore Ladder (And also non ladder). This must work for CLOSED realms, not single player aka open battle.net. You must understand packets, packet manipulation etc to accomplish this dupe. If you feel you can accomplish this or know for sure that you can accomplish this then please bid! Please note that I will NOT be paying up front, you will have to provide proof that this software works as intended (Even if its a demo version until I pay) You will need Diablo 2 to accomplish this, I am willing to supply you a copy of this game to help you with creating this duplication program. Also this program must be able to duplicate items at a fast speed. and not be bannable.
