I got a project to develop for my arduino E-health module. It requires CPP & C programming.

I want my E-health module to connect to my wifi and send all sensors data to a cloud location via FTP or HTTP.
program Requirements are (general requirments).
1] shouls scan wireless network
2] should connect to my wireless network
3] send data to a server via FTP or HTTP
requirements might change a bit but not too much but what I want is that my e-health module to send data to FTP or HTTP server.
