C++ data structure

I have a VC++ source code(1116 lines) I need to change the algorithm to different order of the process. It is a tree structure, but need all process of the tree structure. I will choose the most experienced bider, according to the record in this site. My budget is around 100-600$ If you need more money I will open a new project, we can bid there. I really want someone who good at this.
