I have a program with c# source code that I want to be translated in VB net. Mainly I'm unable to debug the source code and uderstand what kind of calcs it makes, so in other words I want it to be explained; I don't need all the program to be translated but I need its alogorithm to be taken apart, coded in vb .net and commented deeply. The source code is not very complex but seems to have some recursive computation that i'm unable to follow. I do suspect that the total works will take around 15h. I'm willing to pay 20% in advance and 80% on delivery. The project will be considered complete when the vb .net program/function will be able to reproduce identical results
