Custom Recovery Solution

I am looking to create a custom recovery solution that works similar to PC Angel recovery which is shipped with computers and commonly called fatory defaults restore. This is found on HP, Compaq, Gateway and eMachines. The Vision To have a program that can create a physical recovery partition once the system is configured to the way the user wants it. This should be able to take an image of the machine, create a hidden restore partition and be able to be initiated by an F Key when system is booting. When initiated options of a destructive recovery that will wipe out the NTFS partition completely and format or a backup version that will create a copy of current drive and copy into like a "My Backup" folder so that crucial files can be recovered. The program should also have the feature to create recovery CDs in case the recovery partition becomes damaged, boot from CD using another assigned key when pressed and restore the image from CDs and DVDs. High Compression is very important. Needs to be user friendly. 2 Versions 1 for end user 1 for Technician. Endless possibilities here that can really make this a fun project. This is a startup company, however we are looking for that special somebody to start and continue a relationship with this type of product and more in the future.
