I'm looking for a frelancer, who will be able to create a program that would have all the functions of the recall-pro ([login to view URL]) program e.g.: - voice recording to mp3 - VOX function - automatical creation of folders and saving of the files based on the time of the recording I would like to get quotations for the version for Windows, and also how much would a linux version (can be commandline) also cost. The application can be based on an open source project.

Hi, this project looks interesting. However the description like 'program that would have all the functions of the recall-pro' is not very clear. Someone will find 5 functions in recall-pro another one will find 8. Do you need recording to wav file for example? So, it will be great if you can list all the function of the program which you need, not only voice recording to mp3, VOX and automatical folder creation. The final price will depend on this list.
