Looking for professional to put together processes and documents related to startup human resource/ recruiting company. We need to put together documentation to support recruiting operations (i.e. ndas, employment agreements, tax forms, corporate contract templates etc. streamline workflow of paperwork (HRMS recommendations), on boarding. Please include in your reponse your specific experience in setting up organization processes and systems to support HR and reference IT systems you have used and would recommend for a small recruiting company. Must be familiar with US laws related to recruiting, contract placement and employment and be capable of addressing requirements throughout the process that you put together.
