Distribution of Email Marketing Campaign

Hello Everyone, We have a mailing list of 80,000 people from the website IMCurtain.com. We want to send between 2-3 emails per week and we need a freelancer who as a bulk email system that can mail out this quantity of emails. Over time the subscriber list will fluctuate as people unsubscribe and new members signup with IMCurtain.com. A members list will be made available periodically so that new members not in the master list can be added to the mailing list. We will provide the members list in CSV format for this. Preferably we would like a system we can access ourselves, but we could also arrange for the freelancer to send our emails for us. These will be legitimate emails, no spam, so we will require a professional method for subscribers to unsubscribe from the list without interaction from us. Please be clear on your pricing system.
