I Specialized in 3D Architectural Visualization interior and Exterior i am using Several Software's such as Google Sketchup , 3dsmax , Maya , Rhino and Autocad but i am more flexible using Sketchup. in terms of Rendering i can provide you a Photo-realistic Rendering Using vray which is the same vray rendering for all autodesk program. i can model an Entire House , furnitures , and i also do some 3D Character , 3D Cars and many more. with the 5 years of exp working as 3D Visualizer i am confident that i can deliver a Detailed and Realistic work. just in case the project is bulk our family have a construction company which we have several architects , Engineers and 3D visualizer that i can distribute the work but still the same amount of fee. I am architect with excellent knowledge of revit architecture sketch up and autocad... I can provide you with all drawings you require with 3d images for presentation.

To design your home will mean that both of us will need to share information along the way. This said I will need to know: where the home will be built - including street, city and state how much of a budget do we have to work with site plan of proposed project general size of home to include number of rooms, baths, ect Then most importantly - how you will use the home - casual, formal ect For this I will provide you with a 3d view of your home along with all 2d drawing needed to meet todays building codes. Currently we design to 2009 IRC codes (w/2012 IRC coming soon) To do this we get $2.00 per square foot of all structural space to be built.
