Develop an C/C++/JavaScript Application which asks user to upload a .pdf file and then extracts all of it's texts , and creates equivalent .html code . If we run that .html code on google chrome and using (ctrl + p) we saves that as .pdf file . now newly creted .pdf file and old .pdf file which was uploaded previously should be same in case of text formatting , all formatting should be same like , space between 2 word , merged centered , space between 2 paragraphs should be also same . If a new paragraph in old .pdf file starting from 5 centimetre ahead of beginning of a line then in new .pdf file it should also start from 5 centimetre ahead of beginning of line . means all formatting should be retain here including heading , sub heading etc .

This is possible but will take time to perfect and still will not be perfect as there are many things to consider, not only formatting. I won't be able to exactly recreate some pdfs which are created from images.
I'm new to freelancer but I'm skilled enough for such a problem. Also it would be easier for me to do this in Ruby as I have more experience with the Ruby programming language.
Hi I am a C# developer. I have worked on C# web and desktop application which includes websites as well as billing softwares. I can develop your sw for as less as I have bidded.
