During my 7 years as a Marketing, Digital and Communication Manager I have had the opportunity to learn the skills necessary for understanding the strategic challenges of your project. While working with international companies such as Club Med (Resort and Tour Operator), Chèques Vacances (French tourism organization), SNCF (Railway Company), Total and Benetton Group in France and Italy I realized several key achievements in the following areas:
- Communication: promoting a brand or product identity, events, public relationship and press releases, writing SEO / SEM content and blogs, digital, social media content (community management), graphic chain management, internal communication (intranet, newsletters, internal magazine, contests)
- Development of marketing strategies: competitive intelligence and media market analysis, operational marketing (launching new specific activities and offers), relationship marketing (mailing, loyalty and recognition program, partnerships), web marketing, KPI matrices, budget management
As a project leader I managed a multicultural teams and agencies from different areas of expertise in a very short time period. This experience will allow me to take on new responsibilities with a company rapidly.
Regarding my other skills, I'm multilingual speaking French (native), English and Italian, I have already translated many contents for websites and brochures in my previous works.
