Betfair Trading Program

I am looking for someone with excellent knowledge of betfair and market feeder pro. I am looking for a program similar to autoBF. The program needs to do the following automatically (ie. When Im at work!)

I can provide the daily data which will be the UK Horse Market with races every 10mins.

**Picks the lay selection (the favorite).

**The program must lay the favorite on each race one minute before the off.

**Monitor the result and if the lay is succesfull move on to the next race. It must wait however until it has the result of previous race before moving on!!!

**If not successful it must add previous losses etc and move to next race (It must wait however until it has the result of previous race before moving on!!!) and stake enough to ensure the required profit is made and all previous losses for that day recovered.

**When a favorite loses (ie. I win!!) it will start sequence over to start trying to win set profit on race again (ie. Keep going until favorite loses!!)

**Once a certain profit is reached it will stop for day

This will need to be written in VBA or VB.
