Backoffice and Members Section Needed - (On Ecurrency Exchange Site)

Hi there Project Details: ---------------- For Our Ecurrency Exchaneg Website. We are going too need the following: 1. Members Registration System/Login System 2. Multiple Features Within The Members Section Including: (Deposit Funds, Withdraw Funds, Exchange Features, Affiliate Features, Buy Gold, Sell Gold, Exchange Funds) 3. Also a fully operational backoffice so we can view all the members and all the vital information regarding the members. We have a website up and running but not yet launched. So you would just need too woork in and around the site design and of course implement everything into 1 Please let me know of you can do this. Thanks
