Automated clicking of ebay site in chrome browser based on CSV file contents

I have an excel file with ebay item numbers, 1 per line.
I would like a program that runs on a windows 10 PC, is able to look up each item number in the excel file, then 1 at a time insert that number into the ebay search box inside a google chrome web browser and press enter (search). This will open the ebay item and I would like to stay on this page for about 30 seconds (want to be able to specify this as a variable). Once the list has been completed I want it to repeat constantly starting from the beginning.

Your IP addresses will be banned after the first day of running of this application... You should use thousands of diffent machines to up your ranking on ebay, a ping from the same ip does not change the raniing.
