We want to get a layout plan designed for the accommodation of staff working in a charitable Hospital. The salient of the available land and requirements of the accommodation are as follows:
1. Three story unit having 2 X two bedroom flat on each floor
(Each flat covering an area of 1200sq ft. having 2 bedrooms with bath, Kitchen, Drawing Dinning, Small Store/Utility)
2. Three story unit having 4 X one bedroom flat on each floor
(Each flat covering an area of 800 -900 sq ft. having 1 bedroom with bath, Kitchen, Drawing Dinning, Small Store/Utility)
3. Three story unit having 4 X Studio flat on each floor
(Each flat covering an area of 600 -700sq ft. having)
4. Two Duplex town houses adjacent to each other having 3 bedrooms each covering a land of 1200 sq ft
Target audience: Hospital Staff
