Customer Support Manager

We need a Customer Support Manager for our company. The tasks of the Customer Support Manager are the following: • Responsibility of the Customer Service. That includes o Taking care of phone calls o answering emails o Client Support – technical installation and solving client issues • Support and sales Video creation • Performing Webinars • Creation of documents • Responsible for blog posts and update of the social media If you are experienced in trading, you know what Futures, Stocks and FOREX are, you have experience with Customer Services and Digital Media like Webinars and Video Creation, then you are more than welcome to be a part of our company. We are one of the leading companies in selling Indicators and Trading Strategies for the NinjaTrader Platform. We are looking for a motivated voice talent with a trading background and enjoyment of customer service. Skills: • Sales Experience • Experience with Trading • very good knowledge of NinjaTrader • Experience in Customer Service • Experience in support and sales Video Production • Experience performing Webinars • Ability to communicate effectively when writing emails and other correspondence • Native English Speaker • Good voice • friendly and professional demeanor • Strong PC and Internet Skills Own PC and Internet is necessary. The Workplace would be at home. This job is a part-time job but full-time job is also an option. There are no programmer skills necessary.
