Freshly installed GoAutoDial CE 3.3 cluster (two server) experiencing some issues.
IMPORTANT - ***PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND PROPOSE SOLUTION*** - Blank and template proposals will be immediately discarded so don't waste time.
SETUP :
[login to view URL] - Database and Web server
[login to view URL] - Asterisk server
Dialer has a dedicated IP address and acts as own router using Webmin (eth0 - used for local traffic only, eth1 - using dedicated IP from the ISP directly)
PROBLEM:
In AGC, any softphone disconnects after single connected call with a client (No one in your session...)
Additional info after some testing / troubleshooting:
* Tried rebooting dialers, checked [login to view URL], [login to view URL], ran update_server_up, verified database
* Confirmed that the second, unrelated dialer cluster runs fine on the same network with same settings
*Changed the rtptimeout value in sip conf from 60 to 6000. The softphone now does not disconnect after 60 seconds. When the value is 60, the phone disconnects even if there is no activity.
*HOWEVER, it does disconnect after I click hangup after talking with a customer in agc
*Completely disabled firewall and put the dialer wide open on the internet for all ports, no restrictions. Same issue.

By the problem you told, i think can be one of this situations:
-a time issue.
-an app of asterisk is not running.
-a table problem in the database.
-a configuracion of vicidial problem
